It’s time for our Annual General Membership Meeting!

The meeting is taking place on
Wednesday, April 6th at 5:30 P.M.
in MUMC 1A4 (The McMaster Medical Centre, right by the William’s Coffee Pub, follow the signs).
Pizza will be served at 5:00, and childcare costs can be reimbursed.

Agenda items include:
– Elections: All Executive Positions (President, Vice President, Treasurer, Recording Secretary, Benefits and Advocacy, Chief Steward Units 1, 2, and 3, Postings Officer, Grievance Officer, International Officer, Equity Officer, Undergraduate Officer, Health and Safety Officer, Communications Officer), Trustee (1 position), By-laws Committee (1 position)
– Trustees Report
– Annual Executive Reports

Additional Business Includes:
– Bargaining Team Elections Unit 1 and Unit 2
– Outstanding By-laws Votes
