The Deadline for submitting CUPE 3906 Unit 2 (Sessional Faculty) Dental Coverage opt-outs and family dental enrollments is May 26, 2023.

Please note that only Sessional Faculty who have not worked as CUPE 3906 Unit 2 Members thus far in the current academic year (Sept 1, 2022-Aug 31, 2023) may opt-out of dental coverage or enroll in family dental coverage at this time.

CUPE 3906 Unit 2 members are automatically enrolled in our Single Dental Coverage, and may opt-out of dental coverage with adequate proof of alternate coverage, or opt-in to family dental coverage at the start of your first Unit 2 contract within any given academic year.  You must complete these forms every academic year to maintain your opt-out or family enrollment (otherwise you will default to single dental coverage).
